Eddie Piercy has joined Unity with 20 years of ministry experience. Throughout his career, he has served as both an interim pastor and a bi-vocational pastor within the Greater Gaston and South Fork Baptist Associations. In addition to his ministry work, Eddie is a full-time Career Technology Education teacher with Lincoln County Schools. He has been married to his wife, Michelle, for 13 years, and together they share their home with their nine cats and one dog, affectionately referred to as their "furry, four-legged children."

Cheri has been a member of Unity since December 2021. She joined the Unity office as Support Staff in March 2022 and became the Office/Financial Administrator in January 2023. Known for her dedication, Cheri is recognized by church members as a "go-getter with a heart for Unity and God." In August 2024, she made history by becoming the first Deaconess in Unity's 80-year history. Cheri has been married to her husband, Derek, since July 2009.

Billy started his role as custodian at Unity in November 1993. Over the years, he has demonstrated a deep love and commitment to the church and its members, earning the affection of everyone who meets him. In addition to his work at Unity, he has served the City of Gastonia for more than 25 years. Billy's work ethic is unparalleled, his friendly demeanor is contagious, and Unity is truly fortunate to have him as part of the family.
